The mission of the UTRGV Graduate College is to offer world-class academic programs and research opportunities that enhance life in the Rio Grande Valley, the Americas, and the global community.
The Graduate College provides centralized coordination and administrative leadership for all graduate programs. We oversee all processes related to graduate students, including marketing to prospective students, extending admission offers, student enrollment, and maintaining permanent student records and certification of graduate degrees. We are also responsible for reviewing policies related to graduate education, overseeing the application of current and subsequent graduate policy, and developing new programs.
